Kete Pūmanawa (KP Solutions) reflects our philosophy - that success is built on acknowledging the diverse nature of people and recognising the natural attributes, the intuitive capabilities and the potential that people bring to an organisation. We believe that successfully placing people in positions demands more than just finding someone with the right qualifications. Our aim is to get the right "fit" between people and organisations.

Our logo depicts three interwoven strands representing the three essential elements to our business - our company personnel, our clients and our candidates. Our name reinforces a desire to find solutions that are appropriate and a belief that strength and success comes from unifying our knowledge, skills and talents.

Mark Fell

Mark is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development specialist who has held senior management positions in large government departments. He has successfully managed the restructuring and implementation of HR systems and practices in several government and educational organisations. Mark is a skilled facilitator and trainer with a keen interest in Treaty of Waitangi and bi/cross-cultural training. He is often called upon to facilitate meetings or negotiate on behalf of employers. He is an experienced recruiter.

Eboni Waitere (Ngāti Kahungunu, Rangitāne)

Eboni is a Recruitment Consultant who has been with KP Solutions since our inception in 2003.
A graduate of Victoria University with a Bachelor of Arts in Māori and Education, Eboni has managed a number of our senior executive recruitment assignments, and is confident interviewing and reference checking in both English and Māori. Further responsibilities held by Eboni include psychometric testing (administration and interpretation).

Hohepa Patea (Ngā Paerangi/Ngāti Porou)

Hohepa is a graduate of Te Wānanga o Raukawa 2001 with a Bachelor of Māori Philosophy. He has 14 years management experience specialising in sales, marketing and communications. Prior to joining our team his previous role was Business Development Manager providing mentoring and coaching to Directors. A confident communicator in both English and Māori, Hohepa is well positioned to provide advice and support to organisations who wish to use tikanga Māori as part of their recruitment process. With sound experience in management, human resources and recruitment, Hohepa will be leading our team in marketing and relationship management.

Hemara Hollings (Ngāti Kahungunu, Rangitāne, Te Arawa, Raukawa)

Having been a manager in various companies in the Hospitality & Tourism industries, Hemara has gained in-depth knowledge of customer services, management, administration, and people relations skills.  As a Recruitment Consultant he specialises in interviewing and talent management.  Hemara is a proficient communicator in both Māori and English languages.

Hineihaea Murphy (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Apa, Ngai Tahu)

Hineihaea is an experienced teacher, university lecturer and project manager. She has successfully managed several large-scale national projects requiring the recruitment and selection of specialist project teams. Hineihaea has many years' experience as a consultant in the public, education and cultural sectors and is a skilled facilitator with a special interest in adult education, teacher development, Māori education and Māori language.
