How does it work?

We would meet with you to discuss your requirements and will identify the areas that you can do and the areas that you want assistance with. You only get us to do the things you want us to do. Our services will be provided at a fixed cost so you know what it will cost you. The services we offer are:

• Job analysis, design and documentation – the end result is you have a job description that clearly describes what you want someone to do.
• Preparing, writing and placing advertising copy on both internet and print media – We will advise you where the best place is to invest your advertising budget.
• Undertaking candidate search – this involves us using our networks to identify and approach candidates that are suitable for your position.
• Receiving applications and responding to applicants – We stay in contact with candidates keeping them informed of progress.
• Undertaking screening interviews face-to-face or by telephone.
• Assisting with the development of selection criteria and selection process.
• Preparing the applicant short list.
• Undertaking psychometric testing of short listed applicants.
• Interview facilitation - when you require the services of an experienced consultant to work with your own people in the interview process. We are happy to host the interviews for you.
• Reference and security checking of preferred applicants.
• Veracity checks of New Zealand details for the placed candidates – making sure they are who they say are.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with successful applicants.

Leasing/ Temporary Assignment

We provide suitable candidates to our clients for short term assignments. The candidate remains an employee of KP Solutions, with the client paying only for the authorised hours worked at a rate that both of us have agreed. We take full responsibility for the related employment costs and liabilities. We will have pre-screened the candidate and undertaken relevant pre-employment checks.

All candidates are 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with the candidate we supply, just contact us and we will happily manage the candidate's exit and provide a replacement.

We also offer employers the ability to post their job adverts free on our website when seeking Māori candidates for their job.
